We ship primarily via FedEx. Orders to PO boxes and military addresses ship via the US Postal Service. FedEx and the US Postal Service do not pick up after 5:00 pm EST Friday or on weekends. All orders placed between Friday night and Sunday night will ship on Monday. Next-day and second-day services do not include weekends.

Order Processing

We ship most packages within 24 hours via FedEx. This allows them to be tracked and insured for loss or damage. If you would like us to ship by a faster method, you can select this option when you complete your order. If you place an order after 4 pm EST, we will begin processing it on the next business day. Processing can take from one to several days, depending on your product. Special orders and custom-made products take longer (see product page for details).

Delivery Signature Policy

Due to current credit card requirements, some BrickHouse Security orders may be shipped "Signature Required." If you cannot be at the shipping location for delivery, you can use the FedEx Service Guide for your shipping options.

Shipping Privacy

To protect our customers' privacy, our products are packaged in unmarked, discreet boxes. If you are uncomfortable receiving your shipment at home, you have the option of having your package sent to one of our local shipping hubs or PO boxes. To find your nearest shipping hub location, simply log onto the FedEx Service Guide for pick-up locations.
